The lamp I received was damaged and also does not fit together properly. The lamp itself is shockingly poor quality and looks cheap. The Lampster App has been removed from Apple's US App store. Without the app, the lamp is useless. I have written Lampster three times and they have not replied. I just read the Kickstarter reviews for this product which mention similar problems - and even worse ones. Had I read those reviews before I never would have ordered this overpriced lamp from a company that does not stand behind their products. Stay away from the Lampster.

I ordered 4 lamps 5 years ago as part of their kickstarter pilot... I'm STILL chasing delivery and they've even tried to scam more money off me for changes in postage since then, then still no delivery and fake tracking numbers. Seems like a long time scam going on here by the looks of other posts/comments too, or their lack of allowing comments.

Never delivered my lamp. These guys are a scam. Don't buy here or you'll lose your money!

Backed it in 2015, trying to buy one lamp. They kept coming up with shipping excuses and asking for more money to ship my lamp... when I asked for my money back they have stopped replying to my emails. I can't speak for everyone but I got scammed.

1 Star only because I can't give 0. I backed this company on Kickstarter back in 2015 and they never fulfilled the order. They instead continued to request additional money and lied about production updates. Kickstarter has now locked their campaign and no one has refunded my money even after multiple requests. The owners of the company are cons who now try to sell the product at more than double the cost in 2015 and possibly fulfill these new orders at higher prices when the kickstarter backers contributed over $1.3 million.

I bought two lampsters. One on Kickstarter and one on Indiegogo. After the campaigns closed there was a long wait but I got in touch and paid an extra $20-$30 for shipping. I received both lampsters within weeks. They are an amazing lamp.

A scam. 6 years since i paid, and still no lamp. They demand more money to send it, and will not return your money. If you care about you money, I advice you to go somewhere else.

Do advise that anyone keen to purchase for this company please think twice. Bought or back this company since December 2015. However the item was never shipped nor was there any form of communication from them regarding any updates. Managed to only find out from Kickstarter comments that they are still operating and reached out to this company via their Facebook account 6 years later in September 2021. After close to a year of negotiations, I was finally provided with a UPS shipment number but this is at an expense of paying additional shipping cost. Sadly even after all these efforts and additional expenses, the item was never shipped. Been following up with them ever since, regarding the shipping and was only told in November 2022 that they had issue with UPS & have been looking for other solutions…..
