Add me to the list of backers of their original Kickstarter (backer number 5343 in fact). Meaning I paid in early 2016 when they promised a delivery by June 2016. 28 published updates later and, no lamp. Attempts to contact them first resulted in them denying I'd ordered. Then, when I provided the proof they indicated my region would be shipped to soon. Then that was delayed and delayed and delayed. Now, the sole update we gets roughly "If you want it sooner, pay for individual shipping (above and beyond what you've already paid" otherwise, we're doing the best we can. Last published update they posted on Kickstarter was 5 months ago at which they disclosed in the previous three months they'd send a total of just over 570 individual lamps in 3 months; so 190 a month on average or a whopping 6 a day. Simply put, the data doesn't add up, the excuses are plentiful and I have no faith or trust in either of the founders or the product.

Excellent gadget lamp, with smart features, fast delivery, carefully packaged, and came with a very well designed brochure and cute accessories (its own shoes and belt). I'm very pleased with it, looks really nice in my study!g

I am a backer of the Lampster project, which was beautifully marketed but poorly executed. The product looks great, but it's been over 4 years and I've yet to see anything. They generally respond to messages inquiring about project status or information needed, but ultimately the conversations result in the same message; we're working on it. I'm beginning to believe I've donated to Radu & Andrew's excellent adventure and may never seen anything. Based on the number of other supporters left empty handed (including ignored refund requests) this operation is ripe for a lawsuit. Honestly, I hope I still receive my lamp but until that point consider me annoyed and disappointed.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I have been in contact with them many times and they alway say "it's coming ..." but I never get it. Now they won't even tell me "when" it's coming. They are also quite rude. Meanwhile, they are selling this product to others while, I as an original backer (and other original backers), have nothing since 2015.

I am a kickstarter backer from 2015 and have never received anything. Nothing. No communication. Nothing.

It will be 5 years since I have been waiting for my product. I backed this product in 2015 with the understanding that I would have the product in June of 2016. The communication has been poor, when they do actually respond they want more money in order for them to "expedite" the shipping. They claim to have shipped 5400 lamps out of 11700. I am backer number 768, so you would think that I would have received my lamp. I have only seen pictures of maybe two handfull of lamps that have been sent out, with the majority of them dissapointed with the actual outcome. They say they can send out other lamps to us at an extra cost that are NOT the custom lamps that we purchased... What? At this point, I just want my money back or the actual product I purchased. Update on 2-20-20 So even now I get a B.S. Reply from them today here on the comments. I got this reply from them in JULY OF 2019, they are so full of empty promises. There has been a long and difficult process but we managed to deliver a significant amount of Lampsters and we are still working hard on deliveries. We group ship, therefore we consider colour and region of the order when grouping. The next batch to US and Canada is scheduled for October.
