I paid for the premium service for 3 months to get access to their job offerings and their Apply4Me service. Used the service to apply for 220 jobs that I was qualified for. I have not had a single interview in 3 months. Used TheLadders.com back in 2008 and had success, now it's just a job board with jobs you can find elsewhere and apply to. Nothing like it was then. The Apply4Me service is not worth the money. And their support which is handled by LiveChat (livechat.com/) just spits out canned responses. If my support team ever handled issues like this they would be getting a Performance Improvement plan tomorrow.

Their support staff sucks. They removed money form my account but never gave premium after being online with them for an hour.

It’s a pay to apply job site. Total scam site. They charge extra for their Apply4ME feature which I found out they are not actually sending my personal information. It says the applicant is using the automated application fill in feature, contact applicant for more info. I never received one single call for an interview. I’m a professional with two master degrees and 16 years experience! Also, they have a resume service which is also a rip off. Top Resume is affiliated with Ladders, I signed up and a month later they had not even assigned me to a writer. When I tried to cancel they tried to refuse to cancel. Had to get my bank involved. The 4 star reviews here are suspicious, notice most encourage you to sign up for premium?

Charlyne was responsive, professional and very knowledgeable! I did not expect her to know or understand the industry (medical device regulatory affairs) I was trying to access, but she understood immediately my issue, found a solution which she relayed to me in a manner easy to follow and she sent me a list of jobs to consider. This company makes it sound like they will apply for you. When they apply, information that is specific to an applicant is filled in with "The applicant is using ladders.com to fill out applications. Email them to get more information." Would not recommend at all!
