I've been using The Ladders for a number of years and find the talent to be one of the best sources on the internet. I could not satisfy my client needs with Ladders. Highly recommend them as a source for companies and agencies, and an excellent source for candidates seeking to present themselves to industry, to learn about new career opportunities.

I'm an SAP recruiter, working with several of the Big 6 as well as industry clients and smaller consultancies. The majority of my work is aimed at Senior Consultants and above, particularly Project Managers, Senior Managing Consultants and Executives. I find Ladders attracts more of that level of candidate than other job boards I use.

The majority of my clients are looking for specifics per any given job opening. In particular similar processes or products and in particular industry. I put in an ad, state that my client is only looking for High Pressure Die Casting or Plastic Injection Molding or whatever and I get many responses and none have those processes. The other thing is candidates state a company but rarely say anything about where they worked and what they made, number of employees, processes and so forth. I suggest under each company say what they were. EXAMPLE-2007-Present GreenWater Plastics (300 non union automotive Tier 1 supplier of interior systems/trim, processes include injection molding, painting and assembly)

If your resume is not on TheLadders, you're missing out on a large pool of real jobs and top notch recruiters that use this site as a key source of top talent. Get on it; Get hired!

This place is perfect. Not only do I have salary requirements, I was looking to transition to another shop. I got a ton of listings that I believe fit well and now I have 3 interviews set up next week. I'm tired of all the irrelevant listing I receive from the bigger sites so I'm glad TheLadders.com exists.

The company doesn't send you thousands of irrelevant listings - they seem to understand that your time as an employed job seeker is valuable, and only show the right positions. Their emails help me get an understanding of the market in my location as well as across the country.
