I like the fact I get to see what companies are interested and where you are in their hiring process. But would Ladders recommend contacting these companies, once we have seen the responses.

A job board is only as good as the recruiters who use it, this one is no better than any other.

I really like that TheLadders is focused on $100K+ jobs. It really helps to quickly home in on the positions I am interested in without having to weed through a ton of jobs that I would not even consider. I really like the additional career and job search advice, as well.

I would recommend TheLadders to anyone who is seriously looking for a new position or career. The site is easy to use and connections you right to the hiring manager or recruiter. I love having the opportunity to see where my application is in the process. Unlike other sites at TheLadders gives you the opoortunity to obtain recruiter feedback immediately!

Very good tool for looking at professional careers. One suggestion - your main job categories - Engineering, Operations, Law, etc, - we need greater flexibility to query for various categories vs. only the ones you allow in the drop down box.

ladders displays some decent paying jobs on site but not much response from the site I look at this site as a place where quality candidates and positions can bridge a gap can create win-win situations but does not seem to work that way.

Unless you have the premium version, there is insufficient information as to who is viewing your profile. However, once you have upgraded to Premium, I found that the site proffers up more prescient information. The number of jobs available is very good and almost always relevant to the positions one is looking for - versus other sites that state "there are 641 jobs in your area" many of which are not even close to what you are looking for.
