The shoes were super soft
The shoes were super soft, the fit was definitely too small, a size 13 fits like a size 12! The air jordan patch on the tongue was upside down, it's crazy yall charge almost the same price for a worse quality shoe! To each it's own but I WILL NOT SPEND ANYTHING ELSE HERE.

DANGER***DANGER***DANGER***DANGER This company makes it extremely difficult to cancel an order, initiate returns and provide refunds. Their customer service department is horrible. They are non-responsive and disingenuous. They blame their poor customer service on the "2026 Asian Lunar New Year". Perhaps they should stop taking orders during this time period then. After days of complaining, now going on months, they finally agreed to a refund however they used delay tactics, excuse after excuse, and eventually failed provide the refund. After long delays and multiple excuses as well as a false promise of a refund I had to file a dispute with my Credit Card Company. I would recommend you STAY AWAY from this company. It is shady at best. STAY AWAY - BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Hard to find sneakers!
The kicks hub has a great selection as well as great prices. It’s nice to be able to find a sneaker that you have been looking for and haven’t been able to find anywhere else. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Great customer service
