Size is wrong
I ordered size 13 and they were more like size 12. I tried to wear them for a little bit to make sure they wouldn’t fit a little better but they hurt my feet. They would not let me return them for a refund and said they don’t make a bigger size. I have probably 10 air Jordan’s from nike and their size 13 always fit right. If you order from these guys you might want to order a size bigger.

As you may know, shoe sizing can vary depending on the design, style, and construction of each model, meaning that two pairs labeled with the same size may not necessarily have identical measurements. 2. While size 13 is generally the largest size available for most of our styles, we do carry certain models in sizes 14 and 15, which we had also offered to you as possible alternatives. 3. Regarding the return, we'd respectfully like to clarify that we've never refused your return request, nor have we ever stated that you were not allowed to return the shoes. As explained in our previous correspondence, our return policy states that when the correct product and size have been shipped according to the customer's original order, return shipping costs for reasons unrelated to an error on our part are the customer's responsibility. Once the returned item is received in accordance with our return policy, we'll proceed with a full refund. Our intention has always been to find the most practical and reasonable solution for you. Since international return shipping can be quite expensive, we genuinely wanted to help you avoid spending additional money simply to send the shoes back. This is why we proactively offered an alternative solution by suggesting another style in a larger size, hoping it might be a more convenient option for you. Unfortunately, we haven't received a response regarding that particular offer, despite our willingness to continue discussing the available options and work toward a suitable resolution. We'd also like to emphasize that our alternative suggestions were simply offers made in good faith, never requirements or attempts to prevent you from returning your purchase. The final decision has always been entirely yours, and we fully respect your right to choose whichever option works best for you.
