I thought this was official but it took 15 days to come, when I opened my Jordan box it had a StockX verification tag, but I didn’t order these from them. Then realized these Jordan 5s are 100% Fake.. I feel ripped off but lesson learned I guess

I ordered size 13 and they were more like size 12. I tried to wear them for a little bit to make sure they wouldn’t fit a little better but they hurt my feet. They would not let me return them for a refund and said they don’t make a bigger size. I have probably 10 air Jordan’s from nike and their size 13 always fit right. If you order from these guys you might want to order a size bigger.

While size 13 is generally the largest size available for most of our styles, we do carry certain models in sizes 14 and 15, which we had also offered to you as possible alternatives. 3. Regarding the return, we'd respectfully like to clarify that we've never refused your return request, nor have we ever stated that you were not allowed to return the shoes. As explained in our previous correspondence, our return policy states that when the correct product and size have been shipped according to the customer's original order, return shipping costs for reasons unrelated to an error on our part are the customer's responsibility. Once the returned item is received in accordance with our return policy, we'll proceed with a full refund. Our intention has always been to find the most practical and reasonable solution for you. Since international return shipping can be quite expensive, we genuinely wanted to help you avoid spending additional money simply to send the shoes back. They got my order wrong, I alerted them of my problem, they immediately apologized and sent me the right product as well as let me keep the other pair of shoes as a gift, plus sent it with a brand new pair of Nike socks as well as rushed my product to me free of charge on my behalf..I plan on doing business with kickshub in the near future for me and my family!! 5 starts all the way!!
