I’m giving it one star because it’s required to post a review. I do not recommend it at all; I ordered the size I always wear, yet the shoes were too tight. The very day they arrived and I tried them on, I requested a size exchange or a refund, only to be told it would cost me an additional $170 on top of the original price. They use a terrible, deceptive strategy just to make sales. Offering me a 30% discount to buy another pair instead of letting me return the ones that didn't fit offers no real benefit or convenience to the customer. If you don't want to lose your money, think twice before buying from THEKICKSHUB ➡️ thekickshub.com. They Went Above and Beyond I’m happy to update my review! THEKICKSHUB reached out to me directly to address the issue with my order. They were very kind, understanding, and genuinely helpful. They worked quickly to find a solution that was both convenient and less costly for me. I truly appreciate them taking the initiative to contact me and make things right. My initial experience was frustrating, but I’m very pleased with how they handled the situation in the end. Thank you for your kindness and excellent customer service!

Hi Ms. Jani Free, I’m truly sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience with TheKicksHub. This is certainly not the experience we want any of our customers to have. Our support team has already reached out to assist you with a replacement pair in a more suitable size, and we're currently processing the new pair for shipment. Our goal has always been to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience, and we’re truly sorry that this order didn't meet your expectations from the beginning. We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to make this right and hope the replacement will provide a much better experience for you. We’ll continue to follow your case closely and keep you updated until everything is fully resolved 🥰
