I worked with Erin Wold on my resume. Erin did a great job on my resume. I had a very long resume full of unnecessary details, same for my LinkedIn profile, and it was too complex to read. Erin was very intelligent, she took couple days to read and understand my resume, she understood technology and wireless, and was able to come back with a resume that is cut in half, easy to read and understand and right to the point. Having been recruited for my first job after college, I was feeling lost in the process of finding the next step in my career. Very bad customer service and response. I scheduled a call and it got rescheduled, did not hear from the trainer the day of my call. I sent him 2 emails and did not reply for 2 more weeks. By then I had already sent a note through the "contact us" link on the webpage and to date it is time no one has contacted me back! Paid $200 for this service and did not get all that was promised.

After spending 7 months looking for my next career opportunity and having little luck getting interviews, yet alone an offer, I decided to engage with Scott and The Job Sauce. At first I was fairly skeptical. What could be so different than what the career coach that I had been working with for the past 7 months had offered? The next day I was made an offer. I will be starting as the VP of Sales and Marketing in Early October. Not only was I able to find my next dream job, but I was also able to negotiate a higher salary than my original target. Overall, I must say that the service exceeded my expectations. Not only did it bring a process that yielded results, it did it in a very short period of time. I would definitely recommend The Job Sauce to anybody that is actively pursuing their next career opportunity.
