A big shoutout to Vincent! He really came through by booking me some great and reasonably priced flight accommodations. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again. I will say, though, the website was a bit confusing at first; I thought I had my flights all set up, but then I received a follow-up the very next day regarding flights by Jersey. Overall, it turned out to be a positive experience!

Booked a discounted flight only to arrive at the airport counter to be told the flight was canceled 2 hours prior. I had to spend an additional 156.04 that wasn't anticipated just to get to my destination. Now I'm headed to VA with a 4yo on Easter weekend with $50! I called these crooks Google # twice and of course they didn't answer. I had to reach out last night via email because no booking confirmation was received as promised and I finally got a call back stating the email was sent twice which was a lie! Then he sent it while on the phone at 10:52am EST today only to cancel it. They need to be shut down! I now see other reviews and this place is full of $#!T UPDATE: they refunded me but still out of $156.04 which I thought Spirit was using to rebook a R/T but the incompetent Rep booked us on a one way so I had to borrow $311 to get home that Monday - never again patronizing either!

Hazel was my agent. She was very friendly and understanding. She helped me and my family out with our trip. Communication was great. Thank you! Also my other agent was helpful as well. I can't remember his name.

I am from The Bahamas and it was a pleasure to book with Hazel. She was very professional, resourceful, helpful and possessed great customer service. I would definitely book with her again. Although at the airport I had a small hiccup that was fixed and I was given better return flights that my family and I enjoyed

Had a fantastic trip thanks to Mark! Helped find me the cheapest option for my budget and was extremely patient and professional. Would 100% book again! He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had great communication.

Mike was great agent and worked hard to get last minute tickets to fly from LA to Chicago for good price . He patiently explained that tickets will be send 24 h prior flight and reason for that . Before I worked with this agency I read reviews that some customers had negative experience . My advice would be call them directly instead of just booking online to avoid any misunderstandings . Customer service answers pretty quickly there . Thank you again , Mike , for getting us good tickets for reasonable price .
