My experience was good overall, although I had some issues with the airline. They even made me pay extra for my backpacks. However, I’m still not sure if they will resolve this issue for me.

Alex is a wonderful representative I’ve book several times with him he’s passionate and patient of my needs and return calls promptly

Samuel was a big help in planning my trip. He took alot of the stress off of me making sure everything was going as planned. He kept me informed before my trip. He even called to let me know and to ask if I was aware that the first part of my trip I was being transported by bus to the airport and wanted to make sure I was ok with that. He called me after my trip to see if everything worked out ok. I really appreciated Samuel’s kindness and consideration. It gave me a piece of mind that all would go well. I am hoping my next trip I am able to contact Samuel again for his help. Thank you again Samuel! You did an awesome job!

They almost always give support.

Samuel did it amazing! He helped me through all of the management of the trip and was great, definitely will do it again!
