Kenny was super to work with for my recent flight. He answered all my questions and calmed all my fears. Thank you Kenny!

courteous and helped me find the itinerary to my liking

Great agent – Hazel Williams. She worked diligently to help me change my flight plans.

I'm really disappointed. We bought our tickets Toronto to Seattle, but unfortunately they got canceled 24 hours prior to the flight. We were told, overbooked flight and it's the airline doing it. We had assigned seats as what I was told whenpurchasing...Never use this company if you want to reach your destination. Unfortunately, we are going to miss a wedding.

First I want to say Thank You! The representative who went above and beyond for me with a tight budget, for a ticket for my son I needed with a months notice Mark Tremonti. He helped me while I panicked and stayed calm and made sure I received all my paperwork. I will be contacting him for any of my future flight needs. Thank You!

I booked two seperate flights for Alaska Air via Emma Willis. I went back to here a second time because she was so helpful. I was dealing with the sudden death of my sister. Emma was very respectful as well as patient with me. I'll call her direct again :-)

Emma has responded very well with my travel.

Emma was very helpful in helping me get a flight scheduled in a short period of time due to a death in my family and I needed to fly from Seattle to Pittsburgh as quickly as possible.
