Agent (liam) was very helpful 👍 and I was very satisfied with his assistance . He will be recommended

Updates from June 23 review, after more than a month, my Delta flights were reassigned with the seat selection. I still have not traveled yet, as it will be the middle of September. I am cautiously waiting for that date. However, I do have to say that I am optimistic that I will be going provided that my flights do not disappear again. Victor and Sean was the ones assisted with reinstating my flights. Hopefully, it will stay intact until my travel dates. I will provide more updates with at a later time, as I am still shook up by what has happened and want to be truthful on how I feel. I do have to say, that the two individuals mentioned above has been working diligently in getting back my flights. So thanks for that...but it has been well over a month that everything was taken care of. On the side not, they did ask me not to contact Delta Airlines directly for any changes I want to make and to contact them instead. I thought that was kind of strange. But they said they are the ones who made the reservations, so if I want to make any changes, they will gladly take care of it, just do not contact the airlines directly. Long story short, I do have my tickets in my account now...keeping my fingers crossed until my travel date.

Mike was very helpful and quick with responses! Appreciate Mikes help and customer service he was very patient and nice

Hazel was very responsive and professional. She took care of the tickets while I was traveling and she shared it with a friend( my booking was for a friend) the process was stress free thanks to her Regards. Shaymaa

HAZIEL is very accommodating and treat people with experience and dignity, very caring and respectful when dealing with someone. I appreciate her always Thank Elizabeth

This is worst company I have ever delt with! Bait and switch pay for an American Flight. Get to the airport on Spirit. Then you get charged for baggage. The best was return travel. They claimed it was fraudulent charges no flight back! What kind of crap is this??? Had to buy a one way ticket 1,055 for my husband and I to get back home. Worst company ever. How can you change airlines the day of travel? My husband broke his neck twice that is why we chose American. Do not waste your time or money on this awful company!

Mike Scott was perfect in all ways! very helpful and professional . thank you MJQ

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They waited the day before my departure to say my flight was no longer available. They were supposed to issue me a refund which I'm still waiting for!!! Then they stop responding to you and answering your calls!!! They are scammers!!! So sad because while booking, they are so nice, friendly, and helpful. Again, I WARN YOU, do not book with this company!!!!!
