Had a custom jacket made. The process was lengthy but it was worth the wait. My jacket is all I hoped for and more.

This company is a con!! Do not order from them or you will not receive what you ordered and when you try to get a refund you get nothing. Delivery is a extra to cost, this is not stated on their web site, returning items also costs. Please shop elseware you are warned!

I ordered the jacket in November hoping to get it around Christmas, unfortunately it didn't arrive in time but it finally arrived in early January. The customer feedback was quick to reply to emails asking for order updates, and the quality of the jacket is wonderful. I'll definitely back back for another soon. Can't rush quality especially if it's made to order, so be patient people. Good things come to those that wait.

Should be zero stars, this company has ruined my Christmas. I am so sad to not be able to give my fiancé the only thing he wanted for Christmas. They told me it would be dispatched and here for Christmas, nothing, they ignored emails and messages. Then someone finally got in touch saying it was dispatched and I would get tracking information, nothing, I have been trying and trying to get in touch. I don’t think the jacket is coming at all 😞

Got it for my cousin, it was one size too small so he returned for a size up. Fairly easy process (though had to pay for shipping on the return) and he loves the jacket!

Perfect, Nothing was too much trouble and the level of customer care was just amazing can’t rate them highly enough.
