Initially I sent wrong measurements. The Jacket M realised they were implausible and queried them with me. The final jacked fitted perfectly and contained a number of design changes I had requested. I am very pleased with the finished result.

Beware their returns policy. They will not give you a full refund. They will try to fob you off with a gift voucher. Completely against the law and useless if you don’t intend to buy another jacket. Stick to your guns and only accept a refund, it is your consumer right in the UK even if they say that they sold in the Sale or Black Friday, and they claim that they had made it clear that returns meant only gift voucher. For £300, the product was lower quality than expected. It comes direct from Pakistan which I hadn’t realised - which made delivery longer. I found the sleeves too tight - definitely could not get my arms in with a jumper on. The body was too long and the leather was not the best. But this is a £300 jacket not a £1000 one. The returns issue left a bad taste and made me feel that they are quite a sharp company and not really interested in customer service

I have brought two jackets now from this company and I have found on both occasions the quality, price and customer service is outstanding!

Great purchase

I recently ordered a jacket from this company and I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service. Not only did I receive the incorrect size, but the jacket also differs significantly from what was advertised on the website. The color and material of the jacket are completely different from the product listing. This was a huge letdown as I was expecting a specific look and feel, but what I received was nothing like it. To make matters worse, I now have to return the jacket internationally to the U.S., even though it was initially shipped to me from Pakistan. This adds an unreasonable cost to the return, and I believe it’s unfair for customers to bear the return shipping charges when the product doesn’t meet the description. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I would advise potential buyers to be cautious and thoroughly consider all aspects before making a purchase. However, after sharing my concerns, the company reached out to resolve the issue and they have now issued a full refund. While the initial experience was frustrating, I appreciate the company’s effort to make things right.

I ordered a custom leather jacket and Sam at support reached out to me to confirm the measurements just to be sure I had done them correctly. As it turns out, I needed to make some minor adjustments. The jacket arrived and it fits perfectly and the quality is excellent. I am very pleased with the product and the experience.
