Placed a order for my daughter and expected my purchase to arrive on time but it took much longer. When contacted customer support I received little updates on my order progress. The lack of communication was frustrating.

I ordered for my sister from Iuga but had to wait so many days to receive my order. The communication was also bad. Also when I receive the order it did not meet the description and the customer support was also unresponsive.

I ordered the bra top and running shorts from this brand. The bra top is so softttttt and comfortable. I wore it immediately as soon as I received. The shorts didnt fit so I requested exchange for a smaller size. Customer Service was quick and resolved my request again. Such good quality product and quick customer service. I'm a fan!
