I had a pair of yoga pants that I received and they didn't fit me correctly. I emailed the customer service department. They responded right away to my request for an exchange. They ended up telling me to keep the pair of pants and they would send me a replacement in the correct size for free! I plan on gifting the first pair of pants that didn't fit me to my niece. What a great surprise and a wonderful customer service department!! I highly recommend this company and have enjoyed all of the many products that I have purchased from the company!!

I wear IUGA Power Tight Sandwich No Front Seam Capris every day and have a pair in each color. I'm waiting for new colors, so I can order those too. The Power Tights are true to size, high quality, and comfortable enough to wear all day. Ordering is easy, and customer service is quick to respond to any concerns.

I have ordered IUGA leggings on Amazon a couple of times this is the first time I ordered directly from them. They have a huge selection and I tried a different style. I didn't like the fit so I contacted them, they responded immediately and processed a refund. Promt, efficient customer service. I will be ordering from them again.

Quality of the Power Tight No front seam leggings are unmatched at this price point! Especially with all the promo codes they offer, but still very much desirable at their full price. Their less supportive sports bras preform as expected with low impact support. Of all the orders I’ve placed with them they arrive within a reasonable window. Haven’t had to use their customer service since I’ve been satisfied with all products I’ve purchased through them. They used to have an A-line dress that is my favorite, regret not buying one in every color. 10/10 highly recommend, with this brand I don’t even feel the desire to buy leggings from anywhere else.
