I ordered a pair of the Scrunch Butt Lifting leggings in a size M and they were a little big. After emailing customer service, I received a prompt and courteous response, in which they offered to send a size S, for no charge, and let me keep the pair I originally bought. I absolutely loved the fabric and how soft it is. A lot of my other leggings are more of a spandex material, which is fine, but these feel smooth and buttery, as described. I'm excited for my new pair to arrive. Top notch customer service and I'm grateful that IUGA has gone out of their way to work on resolving a mistake that I made.

The leggings didn’t fit like I wanted so I contacted the company and they responded within hours to work something out. Excellent customer service and I will definitely be ordering in the future. Highly recommend!
