IceGiant has one of the best customer services out there. Ive ordered from them a couple times and so have my friends. I recently lost the back of my earrings and they were quick to reply to my concerned email, and provided me with extra pushbacks for it, they were quick, efficient and supportive, just what any business needs. and the delivery was under a week which is exactly what they state in their website.
