Okay, first off thank you. I’m genuinely blown away by both your customer service and the quality of the work. From start to finish, you kept me informed at every stage of the process and made sure I approved everything before moving forward. That level of communication and transparency is rare, especially in this space. I’ve owned other grills before, including one from Johnny Dang, and I can honestly say I’ve never received this level of attention to detail or involvement in the build process. Being able to see each step as it came together made a huge difference and really showed how much care goes into your work. I’ll be attaching the images and video they sent during production so people can see for themselves just how clean and precise the craftsmanship is. The Ice Giant absolutely delivered, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone serious about quality grills.

That is the ultimate compliment! We are truly humbled! To hear that our quality and service stand out against industry legends like Johnny Dang is a massive honor. We’re glad you appreciated the transparency and the step-by-step updates.

I ordered the Iced out star pinky ring but as a custom piece with some adjustments to the original. I was shocked at the extremely reasonable price which I had offered to me. I had honestly the most understanding and helpful member of their team interacting with me throughout the process and was easy to message and update me even though we are in different time zones (I’m in the UK) It just arrived and looks incredible!! I had high expectations but this has gone way above and beyond. It’s good to know that I can put my trust in your jewellers and know that the outcome will be something so professional and original. Thank you 🤩
