I recently got my custom grillz from Ice Giant and the experience was top-tier from start to finish. I was a bit nervous about the mold process at first, but the instructions were crystal clear and the team was super responsive when I had questions. When the final product arrived, the fit was perfect—snug, comfortable, and they look absolutely insane in person. The shine is real! If you’re looking for legit custom work, don't hesitate. Highly recommend!

I initially reached out to Ice Giant because I had heard very positive things about them. I was in the market for a tennis bracelet and saw one that I liked on their website. After emailing them, they responded super quickly! The initial contact was very warm and friendly. They answered all of my questions and even offered me a great price! The shipping was quick and painless as well. Once I actually received the product, my first thoughts were how premium the packaging was. Their branded box is absolutely beautiful, and it was a good indication of the quality of the bracelet itself. Once I opened the box and saw my tennis chain I knew it was my new daily piece. The quality of the stones is spectacular, and the craftsmanship of the bracelet itself is very much on point. I think my favorite part is the clasp. It feels very premium and easy to use. So to summarize, my experience with Ice Giant has been extremely pleasant. From their friendly customer service, quick shipping, and quality products - you can't really ask for more! It's been an absolute pleasure doing business with them and I will surely be back! Thank you Ice Giant!

Honestly, reading this gave the whole team a massive boost! It’s not often someone calls out the exact details we’ve spent so much time perfecting—like the feel of the clasp and the quality of the box. Knowing that the bracelet has already earned a spot as your new daily piece is the ultimate win for us. We’re just hyped that we could exceed your expectations from start to finish. Thanks for being a real one and sharing the love!

I like the fact that my ICEGIANT’s rep kept me updated each step of the way and made me feel like family. Grillz came out perfect can’t wait to get my next set. Only down fall was the long wait, I started my process in February and it’s now April. Other than that excellent experience

My experience w/ ICEGIANT was so caring & understanding of my concerns of customizing my necklace. The understanding & care they returned back to me, was so awesome. They truly showed to me, they cared about my feelings. My necklace is soooo beautiful and, they customize it to the perfect size I’d asked for, which is a 16in. length. We emailed each other, just to make sure all was going good, they sent me videos of the work, they were doing. I really appreciated that. Thankyou, so much “ICEGIANT”. I’m a longtime customer w/ you☺️
