I ordered the 10mm Moissanite Cuban chain in yellow gold. After test fitting it came true to size was 7.5 in but after trying it out I felt it was a bit too thick for my liking so I thought maybe I can get a refund or make a switch in size. I contacted icegiant support and they were on top of it gave me several options down a size different color all of that. With great costumer service explained everything gave me details overall great experience with the support and customer service
