Reading this honestly gives the whole team goosebumps! You’ve been rocking with us through bracelets and chains, so hearing you say this recent custom set of grillz is our best work yet is the ultimate compliment. Beryl was more than happy to jump in and make sure your order got sorted out flawlessly, and we'll definitely pass your shoutout along to her! We’ve always believed that top-tier craftsmanship shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg, and loyal customers like you are the exact reason we keep pushing the limit. Huge love for always holding it down for ICEGIANT!

Pulling up with that energy is crazy! Love the lyric drop—you already know we had to make sure they hit exactly how they’re supposed to. There’s no better feeling than blowing past expectations and making sure that the shine is next level. Enjoy freezing out the room every time you smile, bro. Appreciate you rocking with us so heavy!

First off, the Kitty & Wave combo is such a killer choice—that style is absolutely gorgeous! We know custom jewelry takes a little patience, so thank you for breaking down the timeline and trusting the process with us. And honestly, losing a piece is the worst feeling, but that’s exactly why we keep your molds safe on file! So glad we could catch up and get those bottoms remade and back to you so fast. Knowing you feel confident rocking with us means everything. Can't wait to cook up your next pair whenever you’re ready!

Going with the 8on8 is a massive move, and knowing they came out absolutely perfect is the best news ever! Custom sets that big require a lot of precision, so we really appreciate you noticing how smooth the process and communication were. Thank you so much for the love and for trusting us with your smile. Rock that full set with pride, man!

Love to hear that! We put a lot of work into the details, so hearing that you’re feeling the quality on that bezel means a lot. Enjoy rocking it, and thanks for the love!
