Ice Oasis barrel came well packaged and shipped/delivered quickly. Customer Service was great and helped me with questions on discount option, shipping, and additional repair patches if ever needed. Yes, I would recommend.

Ice bath leaked from first time I filled it from the seal for one of the water connections. Ice oasis recommended that I use glue to fix it. After emailing with support that I was not ok repairing a new product for $100 refund, one of the owners called and offered a replacement but it would take a few weeks as they ship from China. I was not willing to wait that long for a replacement. It’s a cool idea but not sure it’s worth the money.

Our customer service team provided multiple solutions to Mr. Kesler for his reported issue with his ice bath, including ensuring the seal within the cap was properly seated as well as trying to place a quick-drying adhesive around the inner ring. Mr. Kesler was also offered a $100 refund for this solution, should he try it. He then was contacted personally by one of our owners, who offered Mr. Kesler two options: Ice Oasis would cover the cost of shipping the product back and he would have a brand-new ice bath sent to him. The second option provided was a full and complete refund upon shipping the bath to us, again, at our expense, not his. Mr. Kesler's response to both options was: "No, that sounds like too much work to go through." Mr. Kesler said he would just sell the ice bath to someone else. We stand by our product(s) and we are always happy to do whatever we can to resolve any issue(s) faced by our customers. In this matter, unfortunately, Mr. Kesler did not want a new ice bath nor did he want a refund of his money, two reasonable solutions offered, but rejected.
