The customer service team is awesome! They will respond promptly and provide timely updates. My only reason for giving 4 stars is that shipping takes quite awhile. It took a couple weeks for me to get my barrel and close to a month for the chiller to arrive. I love my barrel and chiller and use it everyday. Highly recommend!!!
