I have been looking for custom drapes for so long and finally found a company that offers custom sizes and beautiful fabrics! I ordered 2 sets for my dining room and love them! The ordering process was a little touchy but they turned out amazing!

Very satisfied with this product. It feels very durable, the stiching is robust. This is not a cheap lightweight fabric. This is a high grade product. Rain won’t go through it. You are going to need sturdy attachment points to pull good tension in this sail. Customer service was excellent for me and assisted me with proper sizing. Make sure to include your turnbuckles into your final sizing layout so you leave room to pull proper tension. When measuring your dimensions I would recommend sizing just a few inches smaller than your final desired distance. That allows you to really tension it nicely and that will end up where you want it. I would do business with Hues again and I’ve recommended them to a few friends.

I ordered their custom made curtains and I love them. They are great quality and the material looks beautiful. The colors are true to how they were shown on the website. Delivery went fairly quickly and it was overall a very good experience. I can highly recommend this company.

The Hues resolved my concern with the thread of a sash breaking tight away by indicating they will mail replacement sashes right away.

I came to TheHues after doing an Internet search for blackout curtains and was unsure what to expect. I left impressed with both the quality of the curtains and service that I received. We needed curtains that would extend across two banks of windows. We’ve typically gotten our curtains at the usual mall furniture stores, but they could not reasonably accommodate our needs given the width we wanted. After I contacted customer service for TheHues to ask about placing a custom order, they took a great deal of time and asked many questions about my existing hardware, to make sure that the curtains would fit that hardware, which was different from a typical rod. I did not expect this level of detail and it was reassuring. When everything was finalized and the order was put in, the curtains arrived surprisingly quickly (in less than two weeks in this case, including shipping from the factory). The curtains are well-made. The stitching is straight and uniform, and the fabric is soft and drapes nicely. Throughout the process of ordering, we had the feeling of working directly with the factory, and having more options than we otherwise would. I asked for a single, very wide panel that would open and close on just one side of the windows. Impressively, I got exactly what I asked for, a single continuous sheet of fabric. Some of the other custom curtain quotes we received said that they would sew together smaller panels to get the width we needed. We had those previously and they look and drape OK, but the single sheet of fabric of these new curtains do look and drape better. Overall, very pleased with the curtains and the service we that received.

I ordered one of the UVShield Triangle Sun Shade Sails with custom dimensions. The instructions said to provide exact measurements and TheHues would subtract 6 inches from each side to allow you to stretch it tightly. However, this didn't work and shade sail sagged too much, collecting rainwater. TheHues, after some discussion, made me a new Shade Sail with new dimensions that worked perfectly and allowed me to stretch the shade tightly. The product is great and the quality of the materials used are excellent.
