Very difficult company to work with. You are not able to call in with a general question without scheduling a call. The call is usually two days out. You are never left feeling that your call is important. If you miss your call, time to wait another few days to get your questions or needs met. Terrible customer service.

I did a trial run on The Hoth by ordering the hothmini and seeing what would come from it. I got my report back a month later which simply shows the links created to my site and the articles which have been written. When I emailed to ask for some sort of data to show whether these had made any difference I was told by Hoth Support (after being ignored by my local agent) that I would take a few months to truly see the impact. I remain hopeful that it has made some difference and will have a few more months on the hothmini. I think they could improve on support for those who are not at all skilled at SEO as when setting up the keywords/link pages on the packages if you don't know what you're doing its difficult to make the right choices. When asking for advice on whether the keywords I was using was right to what I am trying to achieve they just emailed me back what felt like an automated response which didn't answer any questions put forward. I also believe that although the articles they write to create links are just for the purposes of creating links and are not necessarily informative, they are generally of ok quality but with pictures included in the article which are nothing to do with what the article is about and are clearly just stock photos. Main points; They do create links to your website by creating articles which overall should help your website SEO The articles, however, are sometimes confusing/irrelevant It would be a few months before you can tell if any difference has been made Creating links is generally a hard task unless you are experienced, so it takes a lot of hassle out of creating them Local agents and others are mainly on autopilot so don't expect great advice if you're unsure of what you're doing
