The shisha is great, But I have purchased a hookah back in March/April, and I have stated I was missing a piece. Nothing except for we will see if the manufacturer has a spare part that has been done. The hookah has just been sitting and I wish I could have just sent this one back by now and get sent a complete one instead of it just sitting here with a maybe there is a spare part issue. Super unsatisfactory. I continue to order the shisha because I can use it in my other hookahs but I would really like to use my insused one that has been sitting for months.
