The Hookah LabReviews of thehookahlab.com

I ordered a conceptic design hookah because we wanted a new high end hookah and this was in several top lists for 2023. Not only was this one of the few places that had them online but also had a discount on a few of the colors. I looked up the website to see if they were legit and decided to go with them. I’m very happy I did. I expected a long shipping time but instead it came early perfectly packaged and ready to go. I’m very happy and plan on doing continued business here. You can’t beat when a company actually ships your order within the day when you purchase something from them.

Good Company to buy from and The hookah are great quality not like the hookah other stores sells you which are cheap in quality and cost a lot. This hookahs from “The hookah lab” are the best, I really Recommend them.

great shopping experience. found everything i was looking for. smooth checkout. good prices on most items. some items i ended up purchasing elsewhere due to cost difference. i feel like some items need price review done.

The hookah shaft was with a scratch. All tobaccos are expired. Phone calls are not answered.

No respondían a los mail, pague un servicio urgente y enviaron dos paquetes por separado, y solo llegó a su tiempo. El otro tardo casi 1 semana mas. Pésimo servicio. Ya tengo una tienda cerca perfecta.

hookah arrived broken, no one answered when I called customer service. Wasted 800$ Never buy here

Half of the order had expired products. No confidence to buy again.

I placed an order using only my given name and the guys from bluecheck told me that I have to talk to the store directly and ask them to add my surname as well in order to confirm my age. I send them more than 5 mails and at least 10 calls but no sign from this store. Worst experience I had…probably not gonna order from here again!!!!
