Placed order and what I received with matching tracking were a pair of beach shoes!! WTH!! Contacted them send pictures and asked for a refund! Hope to get refund or will have to scalate with bank. Watch out ! Maybe scammers!!!

I placed an order that was never delivered and whenI emailed the company they emailed back saying to check with the post office. That was their reply, I did not order from the post office. They do not care about your order good luck to whoever orders from them.

Very bad experience with this company .I ordered 2 klone scents from them but it’s been 40 days they did not deliver and they gave me invalid tracking number and fraud to me . Though they reply by email but nothing relevant response from them . Extremely disappointed.

I purchased a 3 pack of colognes because I wanted to try the promo with the new name. Received my scents and unfortunately one was wrong entirely and the other smelled just of rubbing alcohol. I quickly sent a message to them and their customer support was spectacular with me. Offered a clear solution and sent me the correct scent as well as a replacement for the one that smelled like rubbing alcohol. My 5 stars is mostly for the customer service but so far I don’t hate this company for doing the right thing. I will say there is fine print that you’re signing up for a subscription, that isn’t very clear so please verify before you buy. Update: I was issued a replacement and everything was good, out of nowhere they cancel the replacement. Waiting for further update, I just told them at this point send me a refund.

Customer service was excellent, no issues there. The business concept is good, i received my order fast and it was accurate. My issue was with the product quality, the scents were not good. All 3 bottles i purchased had a strong imitation scent smell but this was my fault, i should have expected this for the price. This purchase was also a monthly subscription that i was not aware of until i emailed support for a refund. I would not recommend this product personally but my preference in scents are different than others so some people might enjoy it. Hope this helps.

I GAVE ONE STAR BUT THIS COMPANY DONT EVEN DESERVE ANY STARS AT ALL. I ORDERED AND DIDNT RECEIVE NOTHING! I REQUESTED A REFUND AND AT NO SURPRISE I DIDNT GET THAT EITHER. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

I ordered perfumes that I never received because they failed to provide my phone number and email address to the courier. In cases like this, the courier company simply sends the package back to them. They refuse to refund me for this incident, and they also refuse to send replacement perfumes. I was mainly interested in seeing how close these fragrances are to the originals, but I guess this is also a good reminder that sometimes trying to save money ends up costing you more. :)

DO NOT PURCHASE - SCHEMERS - take your money and never deliver your purchases - currently in an email dispute with a guy named Ryan! Assuming one of the owner because all he keeps saying is he's a small business - so if your broke just say your broke don't steal people's money and not send the product!
