I made a first order and they automatically signed me up for a monthly subscription It was not on my initial order but came through 30 seconds later. This is a shady practice!!!!! Be careful!!!!! seems like a typical on-line scam company..

UPDATE I still have not received tracking for the replacement package like they said I would 8-17-26. Starting to think they are lying to me. It is 9-26-26. I will update again if I receive it. As of now they have been lying to me and I’m getting extremely tired of it. This review is strictly on the customer service. There was a mixup and my package ended up going to the wrong appartment by no fault of theirs. I thought”well it’s gone nothing I can do about it” I was wrong. I reached out and Steven and he took care of the whole thing. I felt very important as a customer he kept me updated the whole time and he fixed the whole thing. Thank you Steven.

I bought 4 fragrances! I asked Support to change the shipping address, but so far, they still haven't sent me the tracking number. I haven't received a response from them or the merchandise.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. they have all the fake reviews and all the products are from china and there's nothing like the original. they have so many different names, The hok and klone are the same company. one has a very bad reputation so they changed the name.

Apart from the scents taking weeks to deliver and lasting about 15 minutes, they surreptitiously enroll you into a subscription, which they charge you for every month and try to ship you more perfume every month. This is an elaborate scam.

I ordered (order number 242087) just two perfumes on 19th August, expecting a straightforward delivery. Today is 30th August and I still haven’t received my order. More than 10 days for two perfumes is completely unacceptable. What makes this even more frustrating is that although I placed the order on the 19th, it apparently wasn’t even handed over to the delivery company until 22nd August. Taking three days just to pass the order to the courier is far too slow. As the order was taking so long, I contacted customer service to cancel it. I was told that because the order was already “in transit”, it could not be cancelled. Fine — but the real problem is that customer service takes around 3 days to respond, only for you to receive an unhelpful response and be left waiting again. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I ordered only two perfumes, yet I’ve spent over 10 days waiting, chasing the order and dealing with extremely slow customer service. Very disappointed with HOK / House of Klone. I genuinely regret ordering from them and would strongly recommend considering another company if you want reliable delivery and responsive customer service. For me, this is the first and last time I will order from HOK. Horrible experience.
