Customer service handled my situation to my satisfaction.Took some patience but we crossed the finish line together and thats all that matters.

They forgot to send a bottle when I ordered 3. But the customer service answered immediately and said they will send me another bottle. Still waiting on tracking Information.

Based on the email exchange, they did ultimately make it right and created a replacement order for **Oud Noir**, which is worth highlighting in the review. I had an issue with an order from House of Klone where I ended up receiving a duplicate fragrance. After reaching out to customer service, they worked with me to resolve the situation and ultimately sent me a replacement fragrance at no additional cost. I really appreciate Ryan and the House of Klone team for listening to my concerns and making the effort to take care of me as a customer. That kind of customer service goes a long way, and they definitely earned my respect for how they handled the situation. As far as the fragrances themselves, I really enjoy the scents. My only criticism is that I wish the fragrance would linger and project a little longer throughout the day. If the longevity were stronger, they would be even better. Overall, though, I'm very satisfied with how House of Klone handled my situation, and I would absolutely give them credit for standing behind their customer service.

I did not receive all the items in my order. I immediately emailed Customer Service with the issue and they responded right away and resolved my issue immediately. I would give them 5 stars. However, until my replacement shipment arrives in full with all the items I purchased then I will give them a full 5 star rating.

Fantastic scents but gave 4 stars due to the unknown subscription and wish they lasted slightly longer. Satisfied with my purchase overall.

Klone cologne is legit. I selected two colognes and they were delivered quickly and arrived in excellent condition. The company was easy to communicate with too. You do get a nice sized bottle with a good spray mechanism. I tried their version of Creed and it does smell nearly identical to the real thing. However, it did not last as long as the advertisement lead me to believe. But for the price it was good. I tried another scent that I was not happy with at all. My only issue was that I was unable to get information on how to return these items and more importantly I unknowlingly signed up for a monthly subscription when I purchased the first time. The customer service department did help me cancel but now I have one bottle that I can’t use so I took off one star.

I love the scents and customer service is great. Not being clear about the subscription isn't cool but it's okay.
