I wasn’t too happy with my order, they offered to replace it without any extra charge. Love the ease

Great smelling affordable cologne. Doesn't spray on super strong then fade in a couple of hours. Lasts long and only noticed when near. On preference alone, I didn't like one of the three fragrances I selected but customer service quickly made things right. Very happy to now have access to so many hi quality options.

Firstly I just received my items it took almost 2 weeks, but tbh I have not tried any of them yet, but hoping they won't disappoint.. but as for customer service well it was AI then finally a human the day my items arrived but give 5* to that.

Smells fantastic Packaged well Atomizer sprays great Just doesn’t last as long as advertised

Keeping in mind that every scent is “inspired” by a name brand scent, I experienced an issue where the HOK scent was not even close to it’s “inspiration”. I even tried it a 2nd time hoping that the first bottle was a fluke. When I messaged HOK of my dissatisfaction, they did respond right away and did offer to send me a new scent of my choice for free. HOK has some real winners and I am hoping that this new scent is one of them.

The team at HOK was excellent with customer service. I had an issue but was quickly resolved. The scents I ordered were the 3 most popular with a premium. Thanks team for the service and I look forward to future orders.

So I ordered 8 bottles and really liked half of them, the others not so much. I was happy HOK consumer service worked with me and sent me new products free of charge! FYI fer sure don't sleep on the the Dark Addiction, Aero Blue, Visionary, Auralius as they are super fire 🔥

The team was very fast when I had a concern and we were able to come to a solution Will definitely come back for business
