I thought I had ordered through a special order that was trying to sell out current stock that had a label that was changing. I didn't see anything on what I filled out about a membership or subscription. The ordering process wasn't smooth, as I couldn't get any coupon code to work. But when I found this particular offer, I didn't need a coupon. I paid for the order and received my products a week later. Then, yesterday I got a text during the night that my order was being shipped and my 2.95 subscription was being processed. I had no idea this was part of what I signed up for, but when I reached out, I was told it was. I asked to cancel the order and subscription, and they did, but I still don't know whether another product will be shipped. Bottom line--products are good, but unless you want a subscription, you pay a high price for a dupe (in my opinion).

It’s a great smell, but does not last as long as advertised.

It was a really cheap order. They are just like discount store fragrances only worth the 15 dollars for them. The Aurelius smells just like a citrus household cleaner at first. I don't smell how it's inspired by Aventus it's not even remotely similar... The dry down isn't bad but performance is average. The Visionary smells synthetic perfumy at best. Longevity is sub par and it has projection though. Crimson 540 is a 6 of of 10 the burnt sugar and donne of the woody base notes come through after dry down. It's projection is good and longevity is average. I couldn't recommend this brand nor would I purchase again from them. They sent the wrong items in my order and took over 2 weeks to send the correct item for some reason even though I notified CS right away.

The scent fades after little time

Packaging was horrible. All four of my bottles broke. However, I have been in contact with Steven and he has issued a new replacement order. I am very happy with customer service.

Your customer service is great but I haven't received my order last time I checked my tracking it's showing the plane just landed I order online a lot but it's been over 2 1/2 weeks and you social media advertising your products

It took longer than expected to receive the product. When I did receive the product one of the fragrances, the creed Adventus KLONE, was greatly different than the original of which I have. Also, one of the bottles had a faulty spray top, which caused the knock off fragrance to leak all over the bottle. After 19 emails with Ryan and the evidently head of Customer Service or somebody of that nature his name is Steven and we had four emails. After much go around, they issued a credit refund and I’m awaiting that to hit my bank. The only fragrance that is very compatible is the KLONE of the Louis Vuitton imagination. Again unsatisfied with everything that transpired when I spent $140 with them. Again slowly, satisfied with what they had to offer and the only fragrance of five that I received again was Louis Vuitton imagination. The rest quite a bit unsatisfied. They are very extremely reluctant to receive a return of all the products. The fact is they said a 30 day return even if you’re unsatisfied again but very reluctant to accept a return. Remember, if it’s done on your bank card at your bank, you can completely reverse the charges, and I could easily with the email proof that they would not accept a return, with it four days after I received all the product.
