Customer service was great. Fast response and answered all my questions.

Haven't received the product yet so this review is based solely on their customer service. I emailed them (contact@houseofklone) for a shipping confirmation number. Within minutes I received a response. Because of the quantity of products that I purchased, processing time was slightly longer than normal, but I would receive a shipping confirmation as soon as it shipped. Within 5 minutes we had an entire conversation over email. I was very impressed. Now I hope the product is just as impressive.

Prompt and quick shipping. Problem was that I didn’t go through my product fast enough, but their website it very user friendly to make adjustments. Customer service is very prompt in answering any and all of my questions. Highly recommend.

This is legit a real review haha, I read these reviews waiting for my bottles to come from China to NS Canada. It only took 9 days! You could tell one of the boxes was opened in Canadian customs to see what was in them. One of my bottles was leaking out of the cap slightly into the box. They responded to my email 3 minutes later with their AI system and offered a full refund or new bottle. I accepted the new bottle and I’ll tell you why. They may smell so damn good it’s crazy haha, I have three different scents sprayed on three different limbs and the scents are warming and evolving into beautiful complex smells. I don’t actually know what the real LV Imagination or Creed Avantus or Barakarat Rouge smells like but these are strong and they stay put. You can tell they use a lot of fragrance oil as stated. Get the deal on three, it’s the best option IMO. Oh and yes make sure you cancel your subscription after you order them on their website, it takes about a min to navigate through to cancel but a lot of brands are like that nowadays like Fabletics etc. highly recommend, thanks again.
