So far the fragrances have been very good and solid and I had one charge issue but they responded within a couple of hours with my response and solution. More than i can say for Klone fragrances, I have been waiting for a response for a week from them for a missing bottle..

Customer service is great and responds quickly and efficiently The scents are very good and the prices are fair! Shipping can be a little extended with customs but all in all a worth while buy! I have 5 different scents from HOK!
