Hi Erica! We're sorry to hear the ordering process felt like a hassle — that's not the experience we want for our customers. Our new-customer offers include a check to see whether the shipping address has ordered with us before; if there's a match, the order is automatically canceled, and a confirmation email is sent to the address used at checkout. You're more than welcome to place a new order at our standard pricing — we'd love to have you back. If you have any questions, feel free to reach us at thegoodinside.com/contact

Good morning, Angela! Thank you for your purchase and feedback. We're sorry to hear that you found this disappointing. However, the Para-Shield is designed to be taken on a 21 day on, 7 day off cycle. It's not meant to have enough product to run 30 days, but if you follow the instructions for the product properly, you will have enough for a month!
