Almost a month

Originally i was taken back/ boggled as to why shipping was taking so long. Maybe it was usps, but it took 3-4 weeks for my original purchase to arrive which was concerning because it was my first time doing business with this company. Customer service is decent, they sent another shipment when i complained yeah very bizchy of me, but just wondering if i was being bam-boozled was cause for a tab bit of stress especially since i signed up for a subscription. I have received the original order, but the order they sent out as collateral now needs to be returned to sender if ever I receive it and Must be labled refuse to accept and taken to a post office. Because it is too late to cancel the order which is an inconvenience in itself along with dealing with customer service and waiting practically a month wondering if i was ripped off . Anyway it came in, it was nicely/tightly wrapped when i opened it and no damages even after 3 weeks in transit so theres that. I’m giving 3 stars because i cant give 2.5. Nobody should go through the experience of worry and having to deal with it yourself if things may go array Anyway my timezone is off from customer service and i basically work during their operating hours ,so i had to wake up early to get in Touch with them and it took a while for a reply but they came through. Customers service 3/5 Delivery 0.5/5 Presentation 4/5 I bought the zeolite spray and drops Its tasteless / bland me and my kid tried it Its not an ooooOo reaction just meh you gotta make it fun. might give it a better review pending results.

We’re happy with the zeolite spray and fulvic although we’re working at forming the habit of taking it every day. It would be helpful to have a 2 day notice when your auto ship is going to pull- that way if changes need made or a month needs skipped you have time to do that.

I like my products so far I don’t like the protein bag it doesn’t seal properly and I have a toddler whom touches everything so I ask for improvement with the seals please children get so creative when curiosity hits.

mold
I’ve been using the drops for 3 weeks now & I didn’t use them for maybe 7 days, & today when I went to take them, there’s chunky black mold floating around the bottle & in the inside of the dropper. I’m also not aware what the color of zeolite is supposed to be, so now that there’s mold present it worries me that maybe it’s been bad the whole time (it’s a tan color, not see-through at all). Edit: it’s definitely mold, not the color or anything you’ve suspected it may be. If I could attach a photo, I would but I’ve already reached out to support for a replacement. Not sure why or how it happened… but it was definitely mold. I tried updating my photo on my review with photo of mold inside dropper. Idk if it shows or not

Hi Chelsey! Pure Body uses natural mineral zeolite, and the color of the mineral can depend on microscopic variations in its mineral composition. Therefore, the drops may have anywhere from a light beige, to light brown, to dark gray, to a greenish color with a slightly acidic odor due to the cleansing process. This is completely normal for clinoptilolite zeolite and the Pure Body drops. Since the product is all-natural with no preservatives, it’s important to keep the dropper sterile. For example, do not use it in the mouth or as a stirrer when adding drops to water or other liquid.
