My son has had an allergic reaction to this. I followed the recommended dosage. He doesn’t have any allergies this is the first time he has a reaction. Tried to contact the representative didn’t get a response tried to contact touchstone no response. We have had to go to hospital twice one the one day because 6 hours later the reaction came back. Update: after they responded to this review I got a very generic email with absolutely no assistance or accountability, claiming allergies could even come from water and sunlight. I wasn’t after anything except some advice since we were in and out of hospital for 24hrs and the specialist at the hospital advised it might continue till it leaves his system which could take anywhere between 24-72 hours even though they claim 4-6 hours. They need to warn parents of possible reactions no matter how “rare” they claim it to be. They also should have a hotline available for emergencies. My son has never had an allergic reaction to anything before this product.

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback and purchase. Our products are stress tested up to 120 degrees, so, your product is still safe to use, despite heat during shipping. Unfortunately, as we don't deliver these ourselves and instead ship them out of our warehouse, we can't control how quickly they get to a destination, but we do our best to use reliable companies and couriers such as Canada Post.

I like that it doesn't really have a flavor. But I haven't noticed a difference since using the product. Both my daughter and I tried it after hearing my mom's positive experience. But I don't see any differences on my end?

Some folks notice a difference right away, while others never notice a difference (although, some folks notice a difference after they stop taking the product...and realize it was working for them and start taking it again). It's designed to be a gentle detox, unlike typical and unpleasant detoxing with other products. Since every person's heavy metal load and toxin load vary, everyone's experience will vary.
