I've been both a customer and an Affiliate of Touchstone, but I won't be using or promoting their products any longer. The products themselves are comparatively expensive which I assume is because they have to factor in the commission they have to pay to Affiliates promoting their products. There's cheaper equivalent products on the market. I'm not sure how Touchstone are still selling their zeolite drops and sprays for human consumption in the UK and Europe as zeolite is now classed as a 'novel food' and I notice other zeolite brands no longer give dosage information on their labels. The Touchstone website encourages you to 'Autoship' and buy packs of 5 to get the best price which, to most consumers nowadays is not a viable option. With regard to Affiliates, the commission structure makes it difficult to earn money for the majority of Affiliates. For example, as an Affiliate+ (which means you get paid commission on your downline) you have to either introduce 5 new paying customers a month or make personal purchases to the value of 100PV. As an example, buying 5 bottles of their Fulvic Minerals at the best price of £175 would only give you 90PV meaning you wouldn't even qualify after buying 5 months worth of one of their products! You would have to spend further on another product to get an additional 10PV to qualify for that month and have to do the save every month to remain qualified. There is the option of just Affiliate, whereby you do not need to meet any minimums, but you only earn commission from your personally introduced customers, and not from your downline. This defeats the whole purpose of a 'Multi Level' marketing business model and I can't imagine any serious Affiliates being interested in this option. As a Touchstone Customer or Affiliate, you are almost coerced into signing up for an Autoship subscription throughout the checkout process. Even if you choose a 'one-off' purchase, rather than subscription, you are hit with pop-ups and tick boxes throughout the check out process to encourage you to subscribe to auto-ship - not good customer practice. There's more bad practice concerning the Affiliate+ fees. The cost to be an Affiliate+ is $19.95 a year. (in the UK you are billed the UK equivalent). Again there is an 'Auto-Renewal' box, and heres' the catch. Not many people like 'Auto-Renewal' as lots can change in 12 months, however if you fail to tick the Affiliate+ auto-renewal box, in 12 months time you lose your position as Affiliate+ and drop to Affilate - meaning you LOSE your whole downline! Naughty! Touchstone say they send a reminder email, but beware, they don't. On the positive side, Touchstone offer a wide range of products which are tested to contain very low levels of heavy metals and many of their products contain organic ingredients. The pay off is the high price.

This is a goal that many Affiliate+ members are easily able to maintain. We don’t coerce anyone into any purchase or program, there are options throughout the checkout process making customers aware of their options and the available upgrades and programs they can opt into, but again, that’s the extent of it, they can opt into these programs, they’re not forced or coerced to do so. Many of our Affiliate+ members opt into the yearly auto-renewal, however, once again, our Affiliate+ policies and procedures covers what happens if you opt out of the yearly renewal. The Affiliate+ program is only available via a yearly membership, so if you opt out of that membership and lose your Affiliate+ status, you’re downgraded to you a standard customer account, this is standard practice with many memberships that require a paid option. Furthermore, we do send quite a few emails out to customers regarding concerns with their accounts, if you haven’t received one of our emails, we’d suggest checking your spam filters and folders. It's been a month haven't noticed any changes

Good morning, Jazz! We're sorry to hear that you haven't noticed any changes. When using zeolite for the first time, detoxing the initial heavy metal load can take some time. Some folks notice a difference right away, for some, it takes a few weeks, while others never notice a difference (although, some folks notice a difference after they stop taking the product...and realize it was working for them and start taking it again). Not noticing a difference right away or at all doesn't mean the zeolite isn't working; everyone is different and feels different effects from a detox. I reached out when I received my order because I had some questions, but I never received an answer or the support I needed. Consequently, I proceeded with the first week of using the product, and honestly, I felt extremely ill. After one week of usage, I would say it was not a good experience. It might have gone better with the proper support. I do want to send the product back-this was an expensive detox to get so ill from.

We'd very much like to look into this for you, unfortunately, we would need further information to do so, such as an order number or email address linked to your account. We routinely go through our emails approximately every 3 business days or so, and there's a good chance that your email was responded to, so we'd like to see if we can locate that for you. Most people who use natural zeolite report positive experiences as they detox heavy metals and toxins. Some people may have mild detox effects when they start out. In most cases, reducing the amount of zeolite and increasing water intake will ease those effects. The zeolite Clinoptilolite has been granted GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) status by the Food and Drug Administration. Since zeolites will attract water to facilitate the detoxification process, adequate filtered water intake is suggested (8 to 10 glasses a day) to avoid dehydration. If any signs of dehydration do appear (headaches, tiredness), increase your water intake and reduce your zeolite intake for that day. In rare cases, someone may experience a Herxheimer reaction or “healing crisis” whereby you may experience worsening symptoms for a short period before feeling relief. Herxheimer symptoms may include: Headache, Nausea, Upset Stomach, Brain Fog and Fatigue. However, because the zeolite clinoptilolite captures and holds heavy metals and toxins within its crystalline structure, a detox reaction is less likely to occur, since the toxins do not come in contact with the body’s systems as they are removed. This makes zeolite a far more gentle and preferred detoxification method compared to any other method. A complete scam of a company. I never received my package, which they confirmed themselves, but somehow almost two years later I am still waiting for my refund of almost 700 euro. Now, they seem to have blocked me as I am not receiving their automated email response.
