Customer service was awesome. I was sent a discount AFTER I placed my order so I sent an email asking if I could use the discount towards the order I just placed (not expecting that they would). Lauryn was great and actually used the discount towards my order which helped a lot. Thanks Lauryn!!

I had placed an order with Glow Fairy. Shortly after I was reading my emails and noticed there was one from Glow Fairy stating I could take 50% off my next order. I sent them an email asking if the 50% off could still be applied to my order. Not only did Lauryn refund 50% but gave me 60% off my next order.

I needed help after I placed my order- I put my order through without the discount code. After I emailed Lauren she was very prompt with a reply and applied the discount and refunded the difference ! What amazing customer service. ThAnku so much Lauren can’t wait to try the product .

Their customer service girl, Lauryn, ROCKS! She replies right away and she is so very kind!
