I had a wonderful experience with Lauryn in customer support. She did exactly what she said she would do and I am now a very happy customer. I like dealing with people and companies who appreciate their return customers.

first time ordering customer service has been very helpful , Can't wait to try the products i i will do another review once I receive the products

Lauryn at Customer Service was spectacular! She resolved my issue immediately and clarified my question regarding a sold out product. Very pleased indeed.

I ordered some products and when I checked out I forgot to put the promo code. I emailed the support team and they responded right away and were able to update my order and give me a refund for the saving with the promo. I am very happy with their products as well as their customer support team.

I had written the wrong address and Lauryn helped me immediately. It was fuss free and I appreciated that I didn’t have to wait for some higher up to approve it etc. She changed it and voila it’s already on the way to me!

Lauryn was amazing! I made a mistake on my order and asked for help. Before responding she took care of my request and then some! I was so thrilled with the amazing level of customer service! Excited to receive my products and remain a lifelong customer!! Fantastic job!

I have had the best experience with Samantha at Glow Fairy. I had an issue with the delivery service in my area. I contacted them with my issue and they said it was unfortunate and they would mark my delivery as lost. I contacted Glow Fairy to let them know. I knew it was a long shot, but thought I would tell them so they are aware of that delivery company in Canada. I received an email from Samantha within 24 hours saying that she has placed an order on my behalf and to watch for a tracking number in my email. I was not charged for the order. I was grateful for a customer service rep to go above and beyond to correct an issue that was not their fault. Thank you Samantha for your impeccable customer service, your professionalism and quick responses to my issue. I would rate Samantha a million stars but I’m limited to 5. Thank you again. You are truly appreciated. ❤️😊

I've been using their glow wand for about 2 weeks now, and even after my first use, I could see and feel a change in my skin. My skin was softer, and just looked better. I look forward to the continual changes in my skin by using this product!
