I have been using the body wand for a few weeks now. I love the way the product feels on my skin. It is making my skin feel softer but look so much firmer. I can’t wait to try out other products from the line because of the great results I am seeing.

Had some questions before ordering so I emailed customer service and to my surprise got a super quick, bery pleasant response from Lauryn not just the first time I had questions, but when I sent a reply with another. Great customer service is practically nonexistent these days, but I feel confident ordering from this company and believe they will stand behind their products should any issues arise.

I reached out to customer support because I was notified that my package was delivered. However, I didn’t receive it. Lauryn from customer support did some digging and my package was delivered the very next day! Lauryn was awesome, helpful, and very pleasant! She reached back out to me very quickly. I am writing this review to acknowledge the stellar customer service I experienced with The Glow Fairy.I placed an order and received an email stating that it was delivered but I did not receive it. I reached out to customer service Rep Lauryn who was very helpful and understanding. I received my package a couple days later. Can’t wait to start using this product. Glow fairy was great about refunding my money. Just be careful if you might have sensitive skin you might breakout from the lotion.
