I placed my order over 2 weeks ago, I have emailed them 6 times asking the status. They will not reply to any of my email inquires. Why is Facebook allowing this company to have their ads on their app when it is a scam!! Horrible customer service, if this company really even exists!

Looks a lot like THEFT! I ordered a necklace for a Christmas present. Ordered Nov. 17, 2017. It is now Dec. 14, 2017 and their 10 days has long been up. I want my purchase or a refund.

I just want to thank God something led me to have to come back to the site today to finish my order. I was about to order "6" picture necklaces, in color, to be worn long as dog tags which was the most expensive way to go! Thank You...Thank You...Thank You...for all of your reviews. I would have been out alot of money not to mention no Christmas gifts!!!!

Cheap product from China. Bracelet came in defected. Emailed them and they said it cost them too much money to make a new one they can only offer 5 dollar refund when I spent 45 for it. Horrible company. Please spread the word do not spend your money

Well, I was VERY skeptical after reading the reviews because I Had ALREADY placed an order for 2 necklaces!! ... HOWEVER, I am VERY happy to report that I received both necklaces and am VERY VERY PLEASED!!

I just ordered the infinity custom necklace for my sister in law as a gift from my brother. I was VERY hesitant to order because this site got a 1 star and shipping is from China (I hit order before realizing it was from China). It just arrived today. It took about 3 weeks to arrive (not bad considering the distance) and it is BEAUTIFUL!! The names are spelled correct and centered beautifully and the chain itself is gorgeous. I'm jealous it's for her and not for me. Lol! Guess I'm ordering myself one now. Thank you!

I ordered my necklace 3/27/17 and still have not received ,now it's 4/27/17 I'm pi..ed TFO, they are scammers . Still say it's being processed. Tracking # don't work. They respond to my emails when they feel like it. Giving excuse . SCAM SCAM SCAM.
