I do not want to even give them one star. So disappointed. I am getting the runaround about tracking and reimbursement

Order finally received after a month and a half of waiting.

This is a terrible company. I ordered a necklace on Dec. 10th, and another one on Dec. 13th thinking i would get them by Christmas, they were real fast to take my money both times, but still have yet to receive anything. I have sent 6 emails and have yet to hear back from them, and my order # status still just says it's in process and to be patient and i'll receive an email when it's shipped. If i don't hear back soon, i will be contacting my credit card company to receive my money back. I never order anything online, and i'm afraid the one time i did, i'm scammed. Don't buy from them! take your business elsewhere.

Ordered my wife two items for X-mas & here it is the 28th & no merchandise. I've sent multiple emails with no response. What a sorry excuse for a company. Gonna take steps to get my money back.

I placed my order on 10/31/17 and didn't receive it until today, 12/27/17. It looked great and I was willing to forgive the completely unacceptable shipping circumstances...until it broke. I opened the package, briefly admired the necklace, put it on and had it on for a total of 3 hours, went to scratch my neck and the chain broke. The only thing more frustrating than not receiving your merchandise is waiting 2 months for it, only to find out its poorly made trash.

I ordered my items (3) for my daughters and mother in law for christmas.. I have been seeing them on facebook and I never order online EVER!!! but I said let me try it... and i am still waiting.. the order number doesnt work and I still have not got a reply to my emails sent.. i will be filing a chargebak if my items dont show up soon.. SMh

Ordered my necklace on Dec 12th and it's now Dec 26th and still nothing. I'm going to report to my bank and get my money back. Don't buy from them!

5 weeks no product but they took their money fast enough! I saw the ad on Facebook so I am reporting them there as well as FTC! Update: I filed a dispute with VISA about the charges. THE NEXT DAY I get notified my item has shipped! BUT that was 5 days ago and it's been sitting CHINA, FUZHOU EMS, Processed Through Facility, Your item has been processed through a facility in FUZHOU EMS, CHINA at 7:02 pm on January 3, 2018.
