I ordered a necklace on 12/24/16, and have yet to receive it. I have emailed them multiple times and they stated that it is still in production and to be patient. I emailed them 1/6/17 and they told me it was "sent to the shipping company" and I should receive a tracking number shortly. Never received it so I emailed them back 1/10/17 and they stated that the necklace is still in production. I have asked for a refund through PayPal, hopefully they can settle this. I should have known this was a scam due to the content of their emails, which there was no contact info and the grammar was completely unprofessional.

I ordered from them on november 2nd. Still no necklace. Tracking shows nothing. I smell scamming! Do not order from them! I might changed my reviews if it comes soon and more so if they pay me back! Really not happy. Updated. It finally came. Looks okay. Adult chain is little bit small. And the photo is somekind of sticker they put on. Today is 2 months since I made the order.

Ordered necklace December 12th, was told I would receive before Christmas, and I still have yet to receive necklace. I have emailed multiple times, even reported them through paypal and have yet to receive an explanation or my necklace. Will never go through this company again, just hope to EVENTUALLY get my necklace or money back.

Extremely poor service. Have not received any information or communication back. It was supposed to be made within 3 business days and then shipped out, when I go to track it says it's still being made. There's no contact number to call and the emails are never responded too. I've turned many away from this company and looking into legal actions to reverse my charges and investigate this company

I ordered a ring on December 18th 2016. Read all there website says times shipping and I looked everyday and it only says you order is in production so today is December 27 and still says the same thing. I have emailed them almost everyday and says the same thing and I get emails that says it's in production. So today I called my credit card and disputed it so screw them right now I have my money back. Always use a credit card so you can cancel. Keeped all the in and outbound email for proof.

Ordered something Dec 2 as a xmas gift it's 22 of Dec and still have not received anything. I wrote asking about it asking me to be patient. They then told me it's the shipping company taking so long. At this point I want my 34 dollars back. So disgusted!

When tracking with the order number that was given, it states "sorry your order cannot be found". I have been emailing for two weeks and only receive a generic email saying "your order is complete". There is no number and no way to contact this company... If it's even a real company. I can't even get a response on a refund. Completely unacceptable.

I placed an order and needed it for Christmas. I have been emailing this people daily to get an ETA and I haven't got an answer. I email them to cancel my order and still waiting. I haven't received my money or my order. There is no phone number to call and as stated before they don reply to their emails. I go to track my order and it just says that it is stil being processed even after the 3 days they state it takes to process. Total disappointment and I just wasted my money
