I would leave zero stars if I could. This company falsely advertises that you can use the card online by using your home billing address, but that is not true. The zip code won't match. When you call them for help, they tell you tough cookies, use it somewhere else. When you ask for a refund, because they lied about how it works, they refuse to issue the refund to the original form of payment. They instead send you a check that will take a month to arrive. So yeah, spend your money literally anywhere else.

They stole my money. I was gifted a $100 gift card by my company back at the end of February/ March and I couldn’t use for purchases the day I received, so I called and was told the card was flagged for fraud and it would take 30 days to investigate and they refused to refund. Although I thought ridiculous I waited 30 days. To make a long story short I’ve spoken to countless agents and “managers” trying to retrieve my money. They continue to say they will send a check and it will arrive soon and I have yet to receive and it’s been months. I’m reaching out to state attorney reporting to BBB. This is obviously a scam company and they’re trying to wear me down until I give up. They are flagging cards and keeping the money. Do not buy gift cards from these people.

The Gift Card Shop online is on par with US Govt agencies, in the area of customer service. Here, you get next to “NO” customer service. Your calls are directed to India, the service agents cannot answer a single question regarding the company or its order process status. I call d on a “pending” order and was told I cannot change or cancel, even though my bank said funds had not been drawn yet. This is a horrible company with a policy that is specifically made to confuse, annoy and traumatize the customer. The owners and execs need to be taught an expensive lesson… Do Not Use This Retailer. After 3 separate calls to customer service, and all reps able to see my order as “processing”, I logged into the Gift Card Shop web account and it states “No orders have been placed”. Ordered an e gift card. The recipient received the email but was unable to access the card due to a system error. This happened twice. Customer service solution was for me to take a photo and send the details. they refused to give me a refund and hung up on me when I mentioned I was recording the conversation!!!!

Terrible customer service and a total scam. Do not use. MealTrain should remove their association with this shady company.

Sent an e- visa card for my godson's birthday, but it wasn't redeemable. Call center workers would not offer a refund. I agree, it's a scam.

This company is a scam. To redeem a card you have to give them your email address so they can sell your personal information. After they have your info you will not receive the money that was put on the gift card. And of course there is no customer service to contact.

Received a gift card from a friend and when I click on the link I get "Your digital product was not found." After 6 calls to customer support they did not resolve this problem nor issue me a new card or refund. They also never got back to me (or the purchaser) after they committed to call and/or send emails.
