Purchased a physical card, paid for rush service through FedEx, never received the package. I called customer service and they didn't have my order number in the system. They're telling me I have to wait 5 days for a resolution. Do Not Buy From Them!

My first attempt was deemed as a fraudulent charge, which seems that someone is looking out on my account, so thank you for all the security measures you have taken
