Would have been a lot better if it could have been shipped to Canada with USPS as to not get hit with all the duties duties and fees as is always the case with FedEX The pipe is great though, hits hard and cool. Good quality piece for the price.

It has already broke I liked how it hit but it broke for no apparent reason

Unfortunately, when I dropped the freezepipe from a short distance to the floor, the piece that holds the bowl broke. This is a much weaker, more brittle piece of glass than the rest of the pipe, which suffered no damage. Since this piece is permanently attached to the body of the pipe, it is unusable. Customer service offered nothing. To add insult to injury, I also ordered the Steamroller, which I was supposed to receive on September a week ago, still hasn’t been received by the carrier.

The Recycler bong broke not even 30 days of having it. I did a lot of research before I bought this kind of a let down with the talk up freeze pipe did with this bong
